KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 13, 2026: Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS), Karimnagar, successfully conducted the MSME Hackathon 6.0 – Internal Hackathon Evaluation on Thursday. The event provided an opportunity for students to present their innovative ideas and solutions before a panel of experts from reputed industries and institutions.
A total of 80 innovative ideas were evaluated by industry experts across various themes, including Automotive Technology, Energy Efficiency, Industry 4.0 & 5.0, Renewable Energy, Robotic Automation, and Other Frontier Technologies. The expert panel assessed the ideas based on their innovation, technical feasibility, practical applicability, scalability, and potential societal and industrial impact.
The expert evaluation panel included Mr. Chandika Mohan Babu, Senior Manager of Technology, Edunet Foundation, Hyderabad; Mr. Nallamala Kiran Kumar, Senior DevOps Engineer, Cotiviti, Hyderabad; and Mr. Bommidi Balachandra, Technical Team Lead, Hyland Software Solutions, Hyderabad, along with other experts from reputed industries and institutions.

The session was initiated under the guidance of Principal Dr. T. Anil Kumar and Dr K Vaishali, Dean Academics & Audit, with the support of Chairman Juvvadi Sagar Rao and Secretary & Correspondent Juvvadi Sumith Sai. The event was convened by Dr. R. Jegadeesan, Head, Department of CSE, and coordinated by Dr. G. Karthick, along with faculty members and student coordinators.
The management and faculty appreciated the active participation of the students and the valuable guidance provided by the industry experts. The event served as an important platform for encouraging innovation, entrepreneurship, industry-oriented problem-solving, and technology-driven solutions among students.
The successful completion of the internal evaluation marks a significant step towards strengthening the institute’s efforts in promoting innovation and nurturing the entrepreneurial capabilities of students through the MSME Hackathon 6.0.
