TIRUMALA, JULY 28, 2026: In recognition of his dedicated contribution to strengthening the ‘Train the Trainers’ Programme for Srivari Seva, Dr. S. L. N. T. Srinivas was felicitated by Sri M. Ravichandra, Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) at Seva Sadan, Tirumala.
The felicitation was in appreciation of Dr. Srinivas’ significant role in designing and delivering a comprehensive training framework for Srivari Sevaks and Group Supervisors. His efforts covered the preparation of structured training modules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reporting formats, service location-wise operational guidelines, leadership development, communication skills, and field-oriented training methodologies aimed at enhancing the quality of pilgrim services.
The Train the Trainers Programme is intended to build a pool of competent master trainers who will, in turn, train Srivari Sevaks to serve pilgrims with greater devotion, discipline, professionalism, and compassion. The initiative emphasises spiritual orientation, operational excellence, teamwork, and effective service delivery across various service locations in Tirumala.
Speaking on the occasion, the TTD Executive Officer appreciated Dr. Srinivas’ commitment towards capacity building and acknowledged that his expertise and decades of training experience would further strengthen the Srivari Seva system and enrich the pilgrimage experience of millions of devotees.
Dr. Srinivas expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the TTD Executive Officer, Dr. Ravi Chief Public Relations Officer and the TTD administration for the honour and reaffirmed his commitment to continue contributing towards the development of training systems that uphold the sacred values of “Manava Seva is Madhava Seva” through dedicated service to Lord Venkateswara’s devotees.
