KARIMNAGAR, JULY 23, 2026: The stage is all set for the inauguration of the CBSE Cluster VII Kho-Kho competitions for Under-14, 17 and 19 girls at Alphores e-techno school, Kothapalli in Karimnagar town on Friday (July 24).
Choppadandi legislator and DCC president Medipalli Satyam, Collector Chitra Mishra, CBSE Regional Officer Jangam Sunil Kumar, Alphores educational institutions chairman V Narender Reddy, Telangana Kho-Kho association referee board convenor V Surya Prakash, Kho-Kho International referee V Ravinder and others would attend.
Alphores Educational Institutions chairman V Narender Reddy is personally overseeing arrangements for the smooth and successful conduct of the competitions. Participants from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh CBSE schools would attend the competitions.
A record number 87 teams would compete in Under-14, 55 teams in Under-17, and 13 teams in Under-19. The Alphores e-techno school had made unprecedented arrangements for the participants at their campus.
