HYDERABAD, JULY 22, 2026: Minister for Labour & Employment, Government of Telangana, Gaddam Vivek Venkat Swamy, Chairman of Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), formally handed over the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TOMCOM and Career Consultz, reaffirming the Government of Telangana’s commitment to creating ethical, transparent, and sustainable overseas employment opportunities for the youth of Telangana.
Signed by A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, Managing Director, TOMCOM, and Meneni Rohith Rao, CEO of Career Consultz, the MoU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership that will strengthen international workforce mobility through structured skill development, language training, ethical recruitment, and global employer engagement, especially in the following countries: Japan, Germany, South Korea, Finland, Italy and Norway.
Career Consultz, a leading international career advisory and overseas employment organisation, will work closely with TOMCOM to identify, train and prepare candidates for overseas careers by providing end-to-end support including career counselling, language training, interview preparation, documentation, visa assistance, overseas placement and post-arrival support.

TOMCOM, a Government of Telangana undertaking, continues to play a pivotal role in enabling skilled youth to access quality international employment opportunities through workforce development initiatives and global partnerships. Under the leadership of Minister Gaddam Vivek Venkat Swamy and the administrative guidance of A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, the organisation has significantly strengthened Telangana’s overseas employment ecosystem through ethical recruitment practices and strategic international collaborations.
