KARIMNAGAR, JULY 18, 2026: Mr Konduru Ravinder Rao, PACS Gambhiraopeta chairman, Director of NCDC and Governing Council member of BIRD Lucknow, has congratulated the entire Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) team for winning the NABARD’s best performing award during the 45th foundation day celebrations of NABARD in Hyderabad recently.
Mr Ravinder Rao visited the DCCB central office in Karimnagar town on Saturday and felicitated CEO N Satyanarayana by presenting him with a shawl and a flower bouquet. Later, he congratulated the entire team of DCCB for winning the NABARD award. On this occasion, he informed the bank team to continue the same spirit, win more awards and uphold the image of the bank.
Mr Ravinder Rao, who was associated with the KDCCB for over two decades as its chairman, was instrumental in making the Karimnagar cooperative bank a role model bank in the country by introducing several reforms and providing transparent administration and good governance. He was a pioneer in ensuring that the Karimnagar DCCB won the NAFSCOB award continuously for the ninth time in a row for its outstanding performances under several parameters. He transformed the loss-making DCCB into a profit-making bank. It may be recalled that the Karimnagar DCCB was the first in the country to take up computerisation of the PACS to ensure transparency and accountability.
