TIRUPATI, JUNE 22, 2026: The annual Pushpayagam was conducted with religious fervour at Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, Tirupati, on Wednesday.
The utsava deities of Sri Govindaraja Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi were offered Snapana Tirumanjanam in the morning. Later, Pushpayagam was performed amidst Vedic chanting and mangala vadyams.
Over three tonnes of flowers and sacred leaves, donated by devotees from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, were offered to the deities as part of the ritual.
In the evening, the deities were taken in a procession around the four Mada Streets, blessing devotees.
TTD officials, temple priests and a large number of devotees participated.
