
TIRUPATI, JUNE 07, 2026: TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra said that yoga helps achieve balance, peace of mind, and self-confidence. He inaugurated the “Yoga–TTD Arogyananda” program at Mahati Kalakshetram in Tirupati on Sunday as part of the preparations for the ensuing International Yoga Day, which would be celebrated on June 21.
The EO encouraged all TTD employees to participate in daily yoga sessions from June 7 to 21, stating that regular practice improves both physical and mental well-being.
Additional EO C.H. Venkaiah Chowdary said yoga is the best solution for stress management and helps develop concentration, emotional stability, and inner strength.
JEO Dr. A. Sarath described yoga as a pathway to spiritual growth and said TTD is organising yoga awareness programs, competitions, and special events leading up to International Yoga Day.

Earlier, TTD employees, students, staff, and Srivari Sevaks participated in yoga sessions and a rally. A special yoga audio-visual presentation and demonstrations of Surya Namaskars and various yoga postures were also held.
The inaugural “TTD Arogyananda” program was conducted at various TTD institutions and temples, with officials, employees, students, and devotees participating in large numbers.
