HANAMKONDA, MAY 11, 2026: Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda organized the Day-1 program of Education Week under the theme “Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika” on Monday, 11-05-2026, with enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members.
As part of the program, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed with the Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSSDC) and Nirmaan Organisation to promote skill development, internships, apprenticeships, career guidance, training programs, and placement opportunities for students.
The programme was presided over by Prof. G. Srinivas, Principal of the college. Vice Principals Rajani Latha Madam and Rajashekar. IQAC Coordinator Srinath, faculty members, staff, and students participated in the programme. A. Anil Kumar, TSKC Coordinator & Placement Officer, coordinated the programme.
Representing the organisations, U. Kumaraswamy, Representative of Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council, and Naresh, Representative of Nirmaan Organisation, participated in the MoU signing program and addressed the students on industry-oriented skills and employment opportunities.
Speaking on the occasion, the speakers emphasized the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and industry organizations to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. They stated that such initiatives would help students gain practical exposure, enhance employability skills, and create better career opportunities.
Release of the Poster and Compendium of E-Resources of KGCA Hanumakonda was also conducted today under Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika by MOOCs Coordinator Srikanth. Chinna, Ravi Kumar, Sammaiah, Narahari, other faculty members, and students participated in the programme.
