HANAMKONDA, APRIL 07, 2026: The Kakatiya Government College (autonomous) in Hanamkonda, under the auspices of the Department of Commerce & Business Management, is organising a two-day National Seminar on April 8 and 9, 2026, with financial support from ICSSR-SRC, Hyderabad, on the theme: “Innovating Commerce & Business for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth: Fintech, MSMEs and Green Strategies in India.”
Eminent academicians from reputed institutions such as Osmania University, Kakatiya University, National Institute of Technology Warangal and Institute of Public Enterprise (Hyderabad), and other universities will participate as Guests of Honour and distinguished speakers. The two-day seminar is designed to address emerging challenges and opportunities in the areas of financial technology, MSME development, entrepreneurship, green economy, and policy reforms. The programme includes keynote sessions, invited talks, and four technical sessions covering contemporary themes such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainable business practices, and financial literacy.
On Day 1, technical sessions will focus on Fintech innovations and MSME-led entrepreneurial growth, with resource persons from the National Institute of Technology (Warangal) and other reputed institutions.
On Day 2, an invited lecture on “Innovations & IPR for MSMEs” will be delivered by experts, followed by technical sessions on Green Economy and Emerging Technologies, featuring distinguished speakers from universities and industry.
The valedictory session will be held on April 9th. The seminar has received an enthusiastic response from across the country, with a large number of research papers submitted by academicians, research scholars, and students. Selected papers will be published in seminar proceedings and reputed journals.

Prof. G. Srinivas, Principal, is the Chairman of the seminar, while Prof. D. Rajashekar, Vice Principal & Head, Department of Commerce & Business Management, is the Convener. The seminar is being organised with the active support of faculty members and organizing committees.
