KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 03, 2026: K. Surender Reddy, Chairman of the Telangana College Education JAC, called upon lecturers to take responsibility for strengthening government degree colleges in Telangana State.
Around 20 lecturers who had been working at CKM College and were later taken over by the government and appointed in various government colleges met Kadaru Surender Reddy, State General Secretary of TGCGTA and Chairman of the College Education JAC, in Karimnagar on Friday and accepted membership in the association. On this occasion, he urged the lecturers to contribute their part towards strengthening the Government colleges.
He also stated that TGCGTA is continuously striving for the protection of lecturers’ rights, their welfare, and the improvement of educational standards. He added that the association would become stronger with more lecturers joining it.
The lecturers who participated in the program discussed the current issues in the education sector and resolved to move forward unitedly through the association to find solutions. State Vice President J Chinna, Kakatiya University Coordinator Ramakrishna Reddy, district representatives Prof. A. Srinivas, G. Srinivas Reddy, Venkanna, Ravikumar, Satyaprakash, Rajayya, Anil Kumar, Bhagirath and others participated in the programme.
