KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 30, 2026: A placement drive orientation programme was successfully organised at Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Karimnagar, on Monday. The session was conducted by Mr Naresh, Training and Placement Officer (TPO) from Nirman Organisation, and aimed at preparing the final year students of the Undergraduate courses for the forthcoming placement activities.
During the programme, Mr. Naresh provided valuable insights into the various career opportunities available in different companies and explained the recruitment procedures followed by leading organisations. He also guided students on how to prepare effectively for placement drives.
The session mainly focused on interview readiness, including resume building, aptitude preparation, communication skills, and techniques to confidently face HR and technical interviews. The speaker encouraged the students to remain proactive in seeking opportunities and gave insights on dressing sense and communication skills. He also advised the students to leverage their strengths and network effectively and highlighted the role of continuous learning in career advancement.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Principal T. Malathi, Vice Principal S. Padmaja, and ACO Vasumathi. They emphasised the importance of skill development and encouraged students to make the best use of such opportunities to achieve their career goals.
Students actively participated in the session and found it highly informative and motivating. The program concluded on a positive note, inspiring students to become industry-ready.
