“I have not committed any fraud. I possess all the required qualifications. Personal vendettas are the real reason behind the complaint”
KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 26, 2026: Responding to news reports published on this website, Dasari Sridhar, LFLHM, MPPS, Eradapalli, Shankarpatnam, has clarified that he has not cheated the government in any way regarding the PHC allowance, and that all DDOs granted the allowance strictly in accordance with the Tribunal judgment in 2016 stating that SADERAM assessment (2015) was done inappropriately.
It has been alleged that D Sridhar has been facing several allegations, including cheating the government with a false physically handicapped certificate and availing the allowances and also IT exemptions. Following the complaints, the DEO has ordered an inquiry in the allegations. The inquiry stated that D Sridhar had availed PHC allowances and IT exemption with false certificates, and the SADARAM (software for assessment of disabled access, rehabilitation and empowerment) for the camp had clearly stated that the said teacher does not have any physical disabilities.
However, Mr Sridhar stated in a press note that the complaint against him was made only to divert attention from the officer who had sanctioned his salary and PHC allowance for years, after a gap of three years, just to side track the said DDO 10 lakhs misappropriation issue of teachers’ salaries which was a sensation in the state couple of years ago. He has been waiting to take revenge on all the complainants since then. He added that the district administration, having realised this belatedly, has set aside the charges.
He mentioned that certain individuals, driven by personal grudges, have made baseless allegations and complaints against him. He also stated that the District Educational Officer has kept those charges aside for almost two years, as there is no merit in the allegation. He affirmed that he is fully eligible to participate in the International Education Exposure Visit, and that the District Collector selected him after verifying his profile, without any recommendations or influence.
He further stated that he is ready to face any interview or written examination along with other applicants. He alleged that some selfish elements, unable to tolerate his progress, are engaging in such activities secretly, and questioned how official files from the office are reaching them.
He added that the root cause of this issue is his earlier complaint against an officer while standing in support of teachers, and that the matter is still pending. He urged the authorities to take action on that issue and deliver justice. He also appealed that the dignity of teachers should not be dragged into the streets for selfish motives.
