Offers prayers and receives blessings at Sringeri Sharada Peetham
Participates in Sahasra Narikela Havana Maha Yajna Purnahuti
KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 22, 2026: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar attended the 76th Jayanti celebrations of Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswami, head of the Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sharada Peetham in Karnataka on Sunday.
During the visit, he participated in special pujas conducted by the Peetham’s Uttaradhikari, Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Swamiji, and received sacred theertha prasadam.
As part of the celebrations, the Minister also took part in the Purnahuti of the Sahasra Narikela Havana Maha Yajna held in the temple premises. Priests of the Sringeri Peetham explained the spiritual significance of the yajna, and Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Swamiji personally presented the prasadam to the Minister.
Later, Bandi Sanjay Kumar offered special prayers at the Sri Sharadamba Temple in Sringeri. Sri Vyasoja Radha Krishna Sharma, Telangana in-charge of the Sringeri Peetham, was also present on the occasion.
