The service began at 7:00 PM. Devotees offered camphor haratis at every step and had the divine darshan of the Lord.
Among the nine-day Brahmotsavams, Garuda Seva holds special significance. Garutman (Garuda) is the eternal vehicle of Lord Maha Vishnu. As servant, companion, throne, banner, and abode, Garuda renders many forms of service to the Lord. His majestic procession carrying Lord Kodandarama is a sight to behold. Even among the 108 Divya Desams, Garuda Seva is considered highly distinguished.

In this vahana seva, Tirumala Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, JEO Sri V. Veerabrahmam, Temple Deputy EO Nagaratna, Superintendent Muni Shankar, Temple Inspector Suresh, priests, and a large number of devotees participated.
