KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 17, 2026: Satavahana Urban Development Authority (SUDA) chairman K Narender Reddy has said that the Telangana government was taking all measures for the Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at all Idgahs in Karimnagar district.
Accordingly, the SUDA chairman, along with Municipal Commissioner Praful Desai, Commissioner of Police Gaush Alam and others visited the Idgah at Saleh Nagar in Karimnagar town on Wednesday and inspected the arrangements for the Ramzan prayers.
The CP also gave necessary instructions to police officials for the diversion of traffic during Ramzan prayers to avoid any inconvenience to the road users and others. MIM Karimnagar president Ghulam Ahmed Hussain thanked the government for making all arrangements for the smooth conduct of Ramzan prayers at Idgahs at Salehnagar, Sapthagiri colony on the shores of LMD reservoir and at One town police station.
Rekurthi corporator Madhavi Krishna Goud, Town Congress president V Anjan Kumar, trainee IPS officer Sohan, Rural ACP Vijay Kumar, MIM leader Syed Barkat Ali, Abbas Sami, Majid Hussain, Syed Biyabani Ibrahim, and others were also present.
