JAGTIAL, MARCH 05, 2026: The diary and calendar of the Telangana Government College Gazetted Teachers’ Association (TGCGTA) were released on Thursday at the Government Degree College for Women (Autonomous), Jagtial. On this occasion, under the leadership of K Surender Reddy, State General Secretary of the Telangana Government College Gazetted Teachers’ Association, achievements of the teachers’ association and several issues being faced by the teaching community were discussed.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the college, K Ramakrishna, expressed his happiness in hosting the programme in the college. He stated that the TGCGTA has been working actively for the development of the education sector and for the welfare of teachers. He emphasised that teachers play a crucial role in improving the quality of education. He also mentioned that publications such as diaries and calendars are very useful for teachers in organising their daily academic and administrative activities. Vice-Principal G Chandrayya also appreciated the initiatives and activities undertaken by the teachers’ association.
The programme was attended by Staff Secretary Sangeeta Rani, V Varaprasad, N Vasavi, G. Ramachandram, S. Mallikarjun, Kumari Neeraja, D. Sujatha, Jamuna, Srilatha and other faculty members.
