KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 28, 2026: Vivekananda Residential School in Karimnagar town celebrated National Science Day with great enthusiasm and intellectual spirit, turning the campus into a vibrant hub of innovation and curiosity.

The highlight of the day was the impressive display of scientific models and experiments prepared and demonstrated by the students. Young innovators confidently explained concepts through working models such as the Drip Irrigation System, showcasing water conservation techniques; a detailed DNA Model, illustrating the structure of life; a meticulously crafted Nerve Cell Model, explaining the functioning of neurons; an innovative Laser Security System, demonstrating modern security mechanisms; and Hydroponics, presenting soil-less farming methods for sustainable agriculture.


Parents visited the exhibition, keenly observed the projects, and attentively listened to the students’ explanations. They appreciated the clarity, confidence, and scientific understanding displayed by the children. In their feedback, parents expressed immense pride and gave an overwhelmingly positive response, applauding the school’s efforts in nurturing scientific temperament among students.
The event was graced by the esteemed Director T. Lalitha Kumari, along with the Principal, Renuka Balivada, who interacted with the students, listened to their presentations, and appreciated their hard work and innovative thinking.
Chairman Sir, Dr. Sudhakar Rao Polsani, conveyed an inspiring message emphasising the importance of scientific inquiry, creativity, and practical learning. He encouraged students to remain curious, question fearlessly, and use science as a tool to serve society.
