HANAMKONDA, FEBRUARY 26, 2026: The Vaagdevi Degree & PG College (Autonomous), Hanamkonda, through its Department of Business Management in association with IQAC, is organising a Two-Day National Seminar on “Emerging Challenges in the Contemporary Business World – Strategies for Success” on 23rd and 24th April 2026 at the MBA Block Auditorium.
The seminar aims to provide a meaningful platform for academicians, industry professionals, policy makers, entrepreneurs and research scholars to deliberate on the rapidly evolving challenges in the modern business environment. With increasing technological advancements, globalisation, economic uncertainty and shifting societal expectations, organisations today are required to rethink strategies to remain competitive and sustainable. The programme seeks to explore practical and innovative strategies that support responsible business practices, inclusive growth and long-term development.
The seminar will focus on four major technical tracks: Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management and Operations Management. Key themes include Artificial Intelligence in Finance and HR, Digital Marketing Innovations, Financial Reengineering, Talent Management in Hybrid Workplaces, Lean and Agile Operations, Green Finance, ESG Investing, Supply Chain Integration and Sustainable Business Practices. The discussions will also align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, emphasising decent work, innovation, reduced inequalities and environmental responsibility.
All accepted research papers will undergo plagiarism screening. Selected papers will be published in the seminar proceedings with leading publishers, and chosen papers will also be considered for publication in peer-reviewed UGC Care Journals.
The last date for submission of full papers is 31st March 2026. Papers must be original and prepared as per the prescribed guidelines. Registration is open to Research Scholars, Academicians and Industry Professionals. The registration fee includes a seminar kit, participation certificate, seminar proceedings, lunch and refreshments.
The event is being organised under the guidance of CH. Devender Reddy, Founder of Vaagdevi Colleges, and CH. Vahini Devi, Director-Academics. S. Mahender Kumar, Head of the Department of MBA, is serving as the Seminar Director, supported by the organising committee.
