Join SRR Government Autonomous College for Quality Degree Education: Faculty Outreach in Junior Colleges
KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 18, 2026: The Faculty members of SRR Government Arts and Science College in Karimnagar town launched the campaign for the enrollment of students into their college by visiting various government intermediate and Model school and junior colleges in various parts of Karimnagar on Wednesday.

The Admissions Team of Sri Rajarajeshwara Government Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Karimnagar, appealed to Intermediate students of Government Junior Colleges in Sulthanabad Mandal to get admission in the college for quality education and employability skills.
Under the coordination of M. Malla Reddy, the admission team members—B. Elizabeth Rani, R. Shyamala Chandra, Chiluveri Praveen, and K. Prem Chand visited Government Junior College, Sulthanabad and TG Model School and Junior College in Garrepalli and distributed admission pamphlets among the students and, along with the principals and faculty members of both colleges, unveiled wall posters.

Speaking on the occasion, they stated that SRR College has a glorious history of 69 years and is the largest autonomous college with an ‘A’ Grade accreditation from NAAC. The college offers 36 undergraduate courses and 11 postgraduate programs, along with various certificate courses based on students’ interests.
They highlighted several modern degree programmes that provide strong employment opportunities, including B.Sc. Data Science, B.Sc. (Hons.) BCA, B.Com (CA), Business Analytics, B.Com (Finance and Retail Operations), B.Com (BFSI), BBA, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Crop Production, Fisheries, Food Science, and B.A Psychology, Sociology, Communication and Journalism courses.
They highlighted the key features of the college include spacious digital classrooms, state-of-the-art computer and science laboratories, virtual and smart boards, experienced faculty with Doctorates, NET, and SET qualifications, a digital library, a large playground, hostel facilities for women, and an indoor stadium.
They also informed students about various initiatives such as TSKC for enhancing employability skills, NCC and NSS for promoting social service, and “JIGNASA” to encourage research activities. Students were advised that admissions can be secured online through the Degree Online Services,Telangana (DOST) website.
On this occasion, SRR College Principal Prof. Kalvakunta Ramakrishna, Vice Principal Nitin Pathak, T. Rajaiah, TGCGTA State General Secretary K. Surender Reddy and DOST Coordinator R. Ramakrishna congratulated the faculty team for conducting the admissions campaign.
The programme was attended by Sulthanabad Government Junior College Principal Ramachandra Reddy, TG Model School and College In-charge Principal Kondaiah, faculty members Ganesh, Devender, Anil, and students.
