TIRUMALA, FEBRUARY 06, 2026: Senior IAS officer Muddada Ravichandra has assumed charge as the new Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive Officer inside the Srivari temple in Tirumala on Friday morning.
Mr Muddada Ravichandra arrived in Tirumala on Thursday evening, and he tonsured his head before taking charge as the new Executive Officer of the TTD. TTD incharge EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary, JEO Veerabrahmam, CVSO Muralikrishna and others were also present.

Earlier, Mr Ravichandra offered prayers to Lord Venkateshwara Swamy. The temple authorities presented him with a portrait of the Temple and Prasadams at Ranganayakula Mandapam. The EO was also rendered Vedasirvachanam by the Vedic Pundits.

Speaking on the occasion, the new EO said that he prayed to Sri Venkateswara Swamy to give him enough strength to serve the multitude of devotees visiting Tirumala with utmost devotion and dedication.
The EO also thanked CM of AP N Chandrababu Naidu for giving him the divine opportunity.
He said that he would work in coordination with the TTD board and take the suggestions and advice from devotees to provide enhanced pilgrim-friendly services.
Later, the EO held review meetings with the HoDs of Tirumala at Annamayya Bhavan and HoDs of Tirupati at the Conference Hall of the Administrative Building.
