KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 05, 2026: B Odel Kumar, a Physics teacher at the Zilla Parishad High School in Indurthi, participated in a workshop held from the 2nd to the 4th of this month at the Regional Institute of Education (RIE) in Mysore, Karnataka.
The workshop focused on the National Education Policy 2020 and the development of the National Curriculum Framework for grades 6, 7, and 8. R.R. Koirang from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi, coordinated the event, which involved teachers from seven states. The framework was newly developed, incorporating the changes in the upcoming education policy.
Subsequently, teachers from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states developed a curriculum for 8th-grade Physical science topics in accordance with the new education policy, and B Odel Kumar presented it. He received appreciation from the coordinator, the RIE Principal, and other faculty members for his work.
