JAGTIAL, JANUARY 27, 2026: The Government Degree College for Women (Autonomous), Jagtial, has formally launched a 12-day training programme on Soft Skills and AI Skills for third-year degree students, being organised under the aegis of the Telangana Skill and Knowledge Centre, in collaboration with the Magic Bus India Foundation, on Tuesday.
Addressing the gathering, College Principal K Ramakrishna stated that in the present times, through the skills we acquire, we should strive to reach a stage where society recognises our service. Emphasising that learning is a continuous process, he encouraged students to remain enthusiastic lifelong learners and to constantly update themselves according to modern advancements.

TSKC Coordinator G. Neeraja mentioned that by acquiring the necessary skills through this training, students can enhance their employment opportunities. Speaking on the occasion, Staff Club Secretary N Sangeetha Rani said that success can be achieved only by improving the skills required to face pressure during interviews, and advised students to make special efforts in this direction.
Magic Bus India Foundation trainers Poorna and Balamurali Krishna explained that the training would cover Soft Skills such as communication skills, interview skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork and time management, Artificial Intelligence Skills including Fundamentals of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI etc.
The programme was attended by G. Chandraiah, Mentor G. Tirupathi, Varaprasad, Ramachandram, G. Srilatha, Sujatha, Mallikarjun, Jamuna, Satyam, and others.
