HYDERABAD, JANUARY 09, 2026: Bhoj Reddy Engineering College in Hyderabad inaugurated the Employability Enhancement Training (EET) Program on Friday, aimed at enhancing students’ employability skills and industry readiness.
The programme was inaugurated in the presence of representatives from Centum Foundation, a nationally recognised organisation working towards youth empowerment and skill development. Ms Richa Kansal, Project Manager, highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
Industry experts from Datamaze Solutions, Mr Kamalakar Pallela, Senior Project Trainer, and Mr Pradeep Kumar Avunoori, Training Director, will deliver structured training sessions focusing on communication skills, professional behaviour, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and workplace readiness.

Addressing the gathering, G. Shyama Chandra Prasad, Principal, emphasised the need for holistic skill development to meet the demands of today’s competitive job market. The program was conducted under the guidance of Mr G. Dayakar Reddy, Vice Principal, with active support from Mr. P. Srinivas Reddy, Training and Placement Officer.
The event was coordinated by J. Madhavan, Head of the Department of ECE, Ms Asha Kiranmai, Head of the Department of EEE, Ms Shafia Tasneem, ECE Faculty, and Ms J Ashwini Kumari, EEE Faculty.
Faculty members, coordinators, and a large number of students participated enthusiastically in the inaugural session. The management of Bhoj Reddy Engineering College expressed gratitude to Centum Foundation and Datamaze Solutions for their collaboration and support in conducting this impactful training initiative.
