KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 25, 2025: The Karimnagar Film Society has decided to screen the popular and award-winning films ‘Dasi’ and ‘Maa Bhoomi’ directed by eminent director B Narsinga Rao on the occasion of his 80th birth anniversary at Film Bhavan in Karimnagar town on December 26 and 27, 2025.
Collector Pamela Satpathy will formally inaugurate the film festival on Friday at 6 pm. Additional Collector Laxmi Kiran, Joint Secretary of Mahatma Jyothibha Phule Telangana BC Welfare Residential Schools, Joint Secretary GV Shyam Prasad Lal, former MLC Naradasu Laxman Rao, said Karimnagar film society president Ponnam Ravichandra and general secretary K Laxmi Gowtam, in a statement here on Thursday.
