
TIRUPATI, DECEMBER 21, 2025: In view of the pilgrim safety and security as the topmost priority, TTD handed over 20 Breath Analysing machines to Tirupati police, said TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal.
In an event that took place at the chamber of TTD EO in the Administrative Building at Tirupati on Sunday, the EO handed over the breath analysing machines to the district SP Sri Subbarayudu.
The TTD Chief Vigilance and Security Officer, Muralikrishna, also participated in the program
Speaking on the occasion, TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal said that the breath analysers have been handed over to Tirupati district police as part of the security measures for the devotees visiting Tirumala.
He also said that TTD is taking steps to prevent road accidents and ensure the safety of vehicles on Ghat roads.
As part of this, 20 breath analysers worth around Rs. 8 lakh have been provided to the district police department.
He also said that TTD is ready to provide any other latest equipment to the police department for this purpose if they provide the indent.
Later, District SP L Subbarayudu explained the functioning of the equipment. The SP said out of 20 breath analysers, four each in Tirumala and Alipiri, while 12 will be used in Tirupati by the police department. Many cops hailing from Tirupati and Tirumala traffic participated in this programme.
