KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 19, 2025: Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE), Karimnagar, hosted an enlightening talk on “Personal Hygiene and Adolescence Changes in Girls” for girls of classes 8-10, delivered by the esteemed Dr Geetha Reddy, Dermatologist and General Surgeon, Professor at Prathima Medical College, Karimnagar, and Director & Consultant at KPR Multi-Speciality Hospital.
Dr Reddy covered essential topics, including daily routines, personal hygiene practices, stress relief techniques, healthy diets, and the importance of exercise, common adolescent diseases, skin problems, and necessary precautions. She actively encouraged questions from the girls, patiently clarifying their doubts to foster open dialogue.
