HYDERABAD, DECEMBER 16, 2025: Vice-Chancellor of Kaveri University Dr V Praveen Rao received the “Telangana Best University” award at the prestigious “Pride of Nation Awards 2025” held in New Delhi under the joint auspices of Telangana – Veterans India, New Delhi, and AICTE, NBA, AIU, and EPSI.
Kaveri University Chancellor G.V. Bhaskara Rao expressed his delight on this occasion. This prestigious award has been conferred on the university in recognition of its commitment to nationalism and patriotism, its excellence in nation-building through academics, youth empowerment, leadership, community service, and the implementation of value-based educational programs, stated the University Vice-Chancellor, Dr. V. Praveen Kumar.
He further said that Kaveri University will continue to promote national integration and patriotic values, provide value-based and transformative education, empower youth through leadership and community engagement, and build modern institutions on the foundation of strong traditional academics. He emphasised that receiving this award has increased the university’s responsibility and is a great source of inspiration to continue its mission of shaping students as nation builders, reiterated Chancellor Sri G.V. Bhaskara Rao.
In this programme, NAAC, NBA, NETF Chairman Dr Anil Sahasrabudhe, Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth, AICTE Chairman Prof. T.G. Sitharam, AIU President Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak, and other dignitaries participated, and the award was presented to the Kaveri University Vice-Chancellor at their hands.
On this occasion, Kaveri University Registrar Dr B. Srinivasulu, Director Harsha Polasani, Deans Dr Konda Srinivas and Dr Pratap Kumar Reddy, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students expressed their happiness.
