KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 07, 2025: Various sports events were organized by Siddartha High School in Bhagathnagar campus in Karimnagar for the parents under the caption of ‘Parents Games Gala’ of the students to mark the parents’ day on Sunday.
School chairman Dasari Sripal Reddy and Director Dasari Swapna Sripal Reddy inaugurated the celebration by lighting the traditional lamp and extended a warm welcome to all the parents. The school chairman appreciated the efforts of the parents who had taken the initiative to participate in the games and, in a way, exhorted their kids to do the same in future.
“Their participation of parents will boost the morale of their children and will be enthused to participate in different sports activities,” he added. Various sports events such as throwball, tug-of-war, skipping, badminton, tennikoit and musical chair others, were organised.
Parents were awarded prizes by the chairman and director, and principal of the school. The chairman congratulated the parents of the wards, who, he said, “have paved the way for their children to learn from them and prove their mettle in the field of sports by participating enthusiastically. Children learn best by example, and the participation of parents proved to be a befitting example for the children to participate in sports activities in and out of the school,” he shared.
