
TIRUMALA, NOVEMBER 08, 2025: Additional EO of TTD Ch Venkaiah Chowdary on Saturday reviewed the pilgrim feedback received on various amenities given by TTD.
The meeting took place at the SPRH meeting hall with the heads of various departments of TTD in Tirumala.
It may be mentioned here that following the instructions of the CM of AP N Chandrababu Naidu, the TTD has focused on collecting the feedback from devotees through various platforms, including IVRS, WhatsApp, and physical surveys by Srivari Sevaks in a regular manner for the past year.
The Additional EO reviewed the October feedback gathered through these three formats, which included queue line management, Annaprasadam, Sanitation, signage boards, Kalyanakatta, luggage, laddu counter, coconut and Agarbatti stalls and many other issues.
After going through the feedback in detail, the Additional EO instructed the heads of the respective departments to make necessary amendments wherever possible, as suggested by devotees.

To regularly inspect the shops along both the footpaths and check the prices of goods, maintenance of toilets, drinking water facilities
To put a check on the high prices collected by private taxi drivers
To control the prices of eatables in Tirumala hotels through periodical inspections
To provide hand gloves to the Sevaks while serving Annaprasadam to devotees
To install Help Desks at KKC and Laddu counters to guide pilgrims
The Additional EO said the feedback mechanism system has been streamlined and is proving to be a main tool in improving the pilgrim amenities as well as the administration.
He also directed the officials to show improvement in their areas by the next review meeting.
Later, a Representative of Gopark Technology Private Limited, presented a PPP on Parking Solutions in Tirumala through a smart traffic and management plan that includes pre-booking parking spaces, identifying designated parking zones etc. and decongest traffic, enabling hassle-free movement of devotees in the Hill Town by developing a Parking App. The HoDs of various departments were also present.
