
WARANGAL, OCTOBER 26, 2025: “Achieving Group status is a dream shared by millions,” remarked former State Election Commissioner Chitla Parthasarathy at a recent felicitation ceremony held jointly by the Telangana Padmashali Employees Association (TPEA) and the Telangana Journalists Association in Hanmakonda’s Zilla Praja Parishad.
Celebrating the success of Padmashali youth who recently triumphed in the Group I and Group II examinations, Mr Parthasarathy extended his heartfelt congratulations to the new appointees. The event, presided over by TPEA Warangal District President Kodam Ravi Prakash, featured inspiring words from the former commissioner, who encouraged the youth to be diligent and principled in their future endeavours. Among the notable Group I achievers honoured were Deputy Collectors Tautam Rohit, Kudikala Bhavya, and Manda Apoorva, along with DSP Martha Suryateja, CTO Suddala Rohit Raj, Audit Officer Gaddam Nagavaishnavi, and MPDOs Valusa Shreyant and Chiluveru Varun Kumar. Group II honorees included Deputy Tahsildar Erram Bhargav, ASOs Tautam Arun Kumar and Chenna Praneeth Kumar, ACTO Goka Rajasekhar, AD Handlooms Bhoga Satish, District Prohibition Officer Devasani Venkatesh, AD Handlooms Deekonda Anusha, and ASWO Diddi Prashant and Kranthi.

The honorees shared their personal journey and the challenges they faced, motivating others in attendance. State President Eega Venkateshwarlu highlighted the decade-long commitment of the TPEA to various social service initiatives. Press Club Warangal District President Vemula Nagaraju urged the newly appointed Padmasali youth to carry out their responsibilities with integrity and a strong service ethic. The ceremony was also attended by community leaders and the families of the achievers, demonstrating a unified support for the advancement of Padmashali individuals in public service.
