

HYDERABAD, OCTOBER 23, 2025: The IIE-Cell of Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women (BRECW) successfully organised a one-day workshop, ILLUMINATE, in collaboration with E-Cell, IIT Bombay, on October 23, 2025.
The workshop was designed to inspire and guide students on how to begin their entrepreneurial journey right from college, equipping them with the mindset and skills needed to turn innovative ideas into successful ventures.
Over 70 students from the second and third years of B.Tech, representing various branches, actively participated in the event. The sessions were conducted by the student coordinators of E-Cell students club members, under the guidance of faculty advisors Dr P. Sumalatha and Dr Samit Kumar Singh. The interactive format and enthusiastic participation made the workshop both engaging and impactful.
The event was coordinated by IIE Cell Coordinator Dr Samit Kumar Singh and the faculty in charge, with invaluable support from the college management, including Principal Dr G. Shyam Chandra Prasad and Vice Principal G. Dayakar Reddy.
This initiative reflects BRECW’s unwavering commitment to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among young women—empowering them not only to become skilled engineers but also future innovators, leaders, and job creators.
