RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, SEPTEMBER 18, 2025: Students of Government Degree College, Agraharam, Sircilla, celebrated the Bathukamma celebrations with lots of enthusiasm in advance under the aegis of the NSS and Women Empowerment Cell on Thursday.
On this occasion, the students beautifully decorated, aka arranged different varieties of flowers in a conical shape as Bathukammas and participated joyfully in traditional attire, singing and dancing around Bathukammas.
Principal T Shankar addressed this as a festival of our culture and tradition. Students in ethnic wear with beautiful Bathukammas participated enthusiastically. NSS Programme Officers M Shakuntala and K Sharda, Women empowerment cell coordinator M Shoba Rani, faculty members KY Karuna, A Prasad, Krishna Prasad, Sridhar Rao, J Narsaiah and others participated.
