KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 17, 2025: Students of Alphores Girls High School in Karimnagar town exhibited sporting prowess, camaraderie and teamwork during the annual sports meet which was inaugurated on the school campus on Wednesday.
The event emphasised the importance of sportsmanship and healthy competition among children. Students from several classes showcased their talent as they were cheered on by their parents and guardians.
V Narender Reddy, Chairman, Alphores Educational Institutions, who formally inaugurated the sports meet by lighting the sports torch and administering an oath to participants, declared the meet open. He urged the young athletes to take part in sporting activities. The winners will be awarded with medals and certificates as a recognition of their achievements at a separate programme. Competitions were conducted in football, volleyball, throwball, handball, kabaddi, tennicoit, kho-kho and other sports.
