
HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 15, 2025: The Telangana state government has initiated action against Medha High School in Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad, which is manufacturing drugs. The school has been sealed. And the Education department also cancelled the permission of the School.
Students of the school, who had arrived on Monday morning to attend the classes, were shocked to see the school gates remained closed and sealed. The parents, who accompanied the students, were worried about the future of the students in the middle of the academic year. They also said that they had paid more than 70 per cent of the fees to the school.
The school that shapes the future of the students has been turned into a drug manufacturing factory, the drug called alprazolam is being manufactured at night, secretly, while the school classes are being conducted in the morning.
Sources said that the school correspondent, Mallela Jayaprakash Goud (39) was manufacturing Alrazolam in the school. The racket was busted by EAGLE (Elite Action Group for Drug law Enforcement) on Saturday.
The Education department officials said that they would make all arrangements for the admission of students in the adjoining schools accordingly.
