
HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 12, 2025: The Government Degree College, Rajendranagar, NSS Unit and Women Empowerment Cell, in collaboration with MOARD NGO Organisation and Ivlaansh Trust, organised a Health Camp in the college premises on the eve of International Girl Child Protection Day.
Dr. M. Himabindu, Principal, GDC Rajendranagar, inaugurated the Health Camp and addressed the gathering. She spoke on the importance of International Girl Child Day and the need to “Save the Girl Child.” She also appreciated S. D. Bhavani, NSS Programme Officer & WEC Coordinator, for successfully arranging the camp. More than 300 members availed the medical services provided in the camp.
Dr. A. Srinivas, Founder of MOARD Organisation, participated in the programme. Dr. Lakshya Naidu, MBBS, MD, and Dr. Divya Chandana, Cosmetologist & Dermatologist, conducted health check-ups for the students and shared valuable inputs for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The camp was a great success, spreading awareness on health, hygiene, and well-being among students and staff. All the staff and student members actively participated in the camp.
