KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025: Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE), Karimnagar, hosted a workshop on “Finding Your Passion – Career Counselling Program” for students of Classes IX to XII. The event was graced by Mrs. Krishna Kumari K, Educator, Certified Career Guidance Counsellor, Soft Skill Trainer, and Personality Development Coach, along with Dr. T. Lalitha Kumari, Director (Academics) at VRS and Principal & Director of SNS Hyderabad. The dignitaries were accorded a warm welcome, and saplings were presented as a token of respect and love.
Addressing the gathering, Mrs. Krishna Kumari K highlighted the importance of discovering one’s passion and aligning it with suitable career choices. She also shared practical insights on building strong student portfolios, improving reading abilities, enhancing communication skills, and exploring emerging opportunities in higher education. Dr. T. Lalitha Kumari inspired the students with her words on self-awareness, discipline, perseverance, and continuous learning as the key to long-term success.
The interactive session included discussions on how to make informed career decisions, strategies for skill development, and the role of personal growth in achieving academic excellence. Students were also guided on the importance of cultivating good habits, critical thinking, and staying updated with global opportunities.
Participants from Classes IX to XII expressed that the session gave them clarity and confidence in planning their future. They felt highly motivated, enriched, and satisfied with the valuable guidance received from the experts. VRS principal Renuka Balivada and others were also present.
