
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025: Career Guidance Cell and NSS of the SRR Government College Arts & Science College (A) Karimnagar, organised a “Skills for Success” programme for the benefit of students on Thursday.
Renowned psychologist and corporate trainer Addaga Srinivas attended as the Key note Speeker and addressed the students. He said that in today’s competitive world, along with a degree, students must also acquire 21st-century skills to excel.
He emphasised that education combined with values is essential, and to withstand the pressures of this competitive era, one must change their mindset. He added that success can be achieved only with a positive attitude.
College Principal K Ramakrishna, while speaking on the occasion, stated that personality development is possible only through disciplined and value-based education and that success can be achieved through hard work. Vice Principal Nithin Pathak mentioned that through career guidance, students can enhance their skills and reach higher levels. Vice Principal Tallapalli Rajaiah advised that to shine in their careers along with academics, students should improve their communication skills and move forward with confidence.
