As per the complaint given by devotee Urvashi a few days ago, while searching for accommodation through Google, she contacted the mobile number 8062180322 given on the website Srinivasam Rest Houses, and a man named Abhimanyu introduced himself with false information that he was from the reception at Srinivasam Complex.
He charged a certain amount of money to the devotee to provide accommodation and promised to send the accommodation ticket in PDF format if the money was paid.
After taking the money, the accused cheated her by not responding to her phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Realising that she had been cheated by a fake website, the devotee filed a complaint at the 1930 Crime Helpline and the police station.
