KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 14, 2025: Students of Alphores educational institutions celebrated the Sri Krishna Janmashtami, an annual commemoration of the birth of the Hindu deity Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu, on the school campus with pomp and gaiety on Thursday.
Students donning the roles of Sri Krishna, Radha, and Gopikas organised various activities on the occasion and participated in singing and dancing events. Images of Krishna’s infancy were placed in a cradle. The schools were well decorated for the celebration, and aarti and bhajans were recited, and songs related to Janmashtami were played. Pujas were performed by the staff and children of various branches of the school, such as Alphores e-techno school, Kothapalli, Vavilalapalli, Bhagathnagar, Kisan Nagar, Mankammathota, Planet Kids, Gen Next and more.
Fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air. Prasad was distributed to all children after the puja. A small skit, signifying Janmashtami’s message of encouraging goodwill and discouraging bad will, was shown to kids. The tiny tots also participated in the ‘Dahi hand’ (utti-breaking ceremony)
Alphores Educational Institutions Chairman V Narender Reddy applauded the students’ enthusiastic participation and encouraged them to keep working hard to achieve success.
