
Commendable Role of Chetana Psychology Learning Center Highlighted at Counseling Psychology Certificate Distribution Ceremony
KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 29, 2025: Bhupathi Rajini Devi, Assistant Professor at the Government Women’s Degree College, Karimnagar, emphasised that counselling psychology is not just an academic subject, but a profound art of understanding the human mind. She made these remarks while attending the Counselling Psychology Certificate Distribution Ceremony organised by Chetana Psychology Learning Centre, under the leadership of its founder, Atla Srinivas Reddy.
Speaking as the Chief Guest at the event held at Apurva Degree College in Mukarampura, Rajini Devi stated that students who completed this course should aim not only for personal growth but also to emerge as changemakers in society. “You now shoulder the responsibility of spreading awareness about mental health in your communities,” she said, encouraging the graduates to use their knowledge for greater social impact.
Atla Srinivas Reddy shared that out of 90 students enrolled in the free Counselling Psychology course, 37 completed the training and received their certificates at the event. He expressed pride in the centre’s mission to make psychological education accessible and impactful.
During the programme, psychology students honoured Rajini Devi with a shawl as a token of respect. The ceremony saw active participation from several dignitaries and students, including Desaboyina Divyabharathi, Choppadandi Haritha, Pasla Bhavani, Oraganti Swapna, Muniganti Satish, Satyanandam, P.K. Rakesh, Gundala Ramakrishna, Nakidi Pradeep, and Y. Ramesh, among others.
