RAMAGUNDAM, JUNE 17, 2025: Sacred Heart High School in Ramagundam coal belt has celebrated World Karate Day by felicitating the school Karate master Mondaiah on Tuesday.
School Principal Sister Arogya Mary, NCC First officer PD Jyotsna and other teaching faculty members felicitated the Karate master who had trained several students in the martial arts. Recently, the students of Mondaiah had excelled in the international competitions conducted in Malaysia. The World Karate Day is celebrated on June 17 for its inclusion at the Tokyo Olympic Games. Incidentally, Karate originated in Japan.
The Principal Sister Arogya Mary felicitated the students who excelled in state, national and international level competitions. The students include: Sansei Kranthi, Sansei Amruth, Rishi Varun, G Shanvi, S Suraksha, N Malakshmi, R Kruthika, T Rishitha, Abhiram, Aditya and others. They also displayed their martial arts skills on the occasion.
