KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 02, 2025: Mr V Narender Reddy, Alphores Educational Institutions chairman and Congress party contestant from Karimnagar Graduates constituency for the MLC elections, has said that he would give his victory in the MLC elections as a gift to AICC leader Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
Addressing a maiden press meet after the Congress party high command announced his candidature from the Karimnagar Graduates constituency MLC elections in Karimnagar town on Sunday, Mr Narender Reddy thanked the party high command and state Congress party leaders for selecting him as the official party candidate in the MLC elections.
Stating that he had campaigned vigorously in all the 42 assembly segments of the MLC constituency, he called upon the Congress party and rank and file to intensify the electioneering in the next 23 days. Assuring to solve the problems of the graduates including unemployed youth, he said that the Congress government was taking all steps for taking recruitment of various vacancies and reminded that the government recruited over 55,000 jobs within one year.
He also favoured separate reading rooms in all the libraries for the girls and boys preparing for various competitive examinations. Former MLA Arepalli Mohan, SUDA chairman Komatireddy Narender Reddy, former AMC chairman Akarapur Bhaskar Reddy, former corporator Ch Butchi Reddy, the Congress party leaders K Srinivas, Sravan Naik, M Anil, Fahad, Gandi Ravinder, Shabana, V Rajita Reddy, Saranya and others were also present.
