KURNOOL, (AP) JANUARY 11, 2025: On the eve of Sankranthi festivities, Coromandel International Limited conducted the festival celebrations by organising the rural games of kabaddi, kho-kho and rangoli competitions for the ruralfolk in Kappatralla village of Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh state on Saturday.
The winners were awarded prizes by Coromandel Vice President G V Subbareddy and IGP A.K. Ravikrishna. Speaking at the event, G V Subbareddy said that Coromandel Company has been providing various types of chemical fertilizers and macro and micro nutrients to farmers for the last 60 years and has been receiving the appreciation of the farmers.
Similarly, the company has been providing fresh water to this village by providing R.O plant and drones to farmers and scholarships to students and has been doing many service programs in this village for the last ten years.
IGP Ravi Krishna suggested that farmers should take advantage of the farmer service programmes and farmer services provided by Coromandel Company to grow good yields and quality crops in agriculture. Company representatives Zonal Manager M Govinda Rao, Senior Agronomist T Sridhar Reddy, Mana Gromor Zonal Manager Damodar Naidu, Company Sales Officer M Raghu Kumar, Agronomist Shravan Kumar, Amro Srinu, AMM ASIF and other company staff and villagers participated in this programme.
