KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 08, 2025: Collector Pamela Satpathy donated blood as part of the National Road Safety Month celebrations organised by the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation Karimnagar region in association with the Indian Red Cross Society Blood bank at RTC bus station complex in Karimnagar town on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector urged the people to donate blood regularly as there was no donation which matched the blood donation and it was the best form to serve humanity. “I just wanted to send the message loud and clear about the importance of blood donation in life-saving missions,” she stated.
The RTC drivers, conductors and other staff members also donated blood. Trainee Collector Ajay Yadav, RTC regional manager Raju, Deputy RM Bhupathi Reddy and depot managers Vijaya Madhuri, Mallaiah, AO Manohar Reddy, PO Chandraiah, IRCS chairman Kesava Reddy and others were also present.
