KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 12, 2024: Mr Konduru Ravinder Rao, Chairman, NAFSCOB and Karimnagar DCCB, has informed the employees of Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank employees to maintain cordial relations with the customers to increase the business of the bank.
Stating that building personal relationships with customers can help banks increase revenue and the business, he advised the staff to launch special drives for the growth of the business and added that there should be qualitative lending. He also informed them to accord priority for the lending along with the recovery of loans simultaneously.
Participating in the monthly review meeting with the KDCCB branch managers and field officers at main office in Karimnagar town on Tuesday, Mr Ravinder Rao informed the bankers to use technology extensively by encouraging customers to use mobile app and UPI transactions. He also informed the staff to conduct internal checking and inspection of PACS regularly. He also informed them to strive hard to achieve targets of doing business. CEO N Satyanarayana Rao, general managers B Sridhar and Md Riyazuddin and others were also present.
