KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 22, 2023: The prodigious students of Government Degree College for Women (autonomous), Karimnagar, have bought alive diverse culture and attires of the country on Tuesday.
In order to promote the importance of tourism, the Yuva Tourism club of the college organised a live show wherein the students adorned various states dress and enlightened about the importance of different attires of different regions of the country. The students were dressed in regional traditional attires which symbolished ‘Unity in Diversity’.
More than 90 students in the colourful event. The prizes were also distributed to the best presenters of various attires. Yuva Tourism Club coordinator Nazia Rahman coordinated the event. Vice Principal Masroor Sultana, IQAC coordinator M Kalpana, Academic coordinator B Rajani Devi, faculty members Afsari Osmani, N Rama Devi, P Swarupa, G Radha, Arshiya Sultana, Jabeen Sultana, T Pushpalatha and others were also present.
