PEDDAPALLI, OCTOBER 11, 2024: The NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana celebrated the Saddula Bathukamma and Maha Ashtami with religious fervour gaiety in its township in Ramagundam on Thursday night.
The event was graced by the presence of Mr Prem Parkash, Regional Executive Director (SR & WR-1) and Meenu Batra, President of Dakshin Deepanjali Mahila Samithi, who participated alongside Mr Kedar Ranjan Pandu, Executive Director (Ramagundam & Telangana), and Dr Chinmoyee Das, President of Deepthi Mahila Samithi (DMS).
The evening commenced with a serene Sandhya Aarti at Chacha Nehru Park, followed by a vibrant cultural programme. The Bathukamma festivities were officially inaugurated by Chief Guest Prem Parkash and Meenu Batra, in the presence of Kedar Ranjan Pandu and Dr. Chinmoyee Das.
In a display of unity and celebration, RED and his spouse, ED and his spouse all General Managers, senior DMS members, union and association representatives, along with employees enthusiastically participated in the Bathukamma dance, Garba, and Dandiya.The celebrations concluded with a Bhandara, attended by over 2,000 people.
