During the inspection, he enquired about entry and exit routes for devotees. He directed officials to make foolproof security arrangements and ensure that the devotees were not unconvinced at any cost.
He instructed that NDRF, Police and Vigilance, and Srivari Sevaks should coordinate and be alert during Chakra Snanam fete. TTD also deployed Swimmers along with police on that day.
TTD appeals to devotees that the significance of the sacred waters of Swamy Pushkarini lasts the entire day. Therefore the devotees should maintain restraint till their turn to take holy dip in the waters.
